Performed turnkey construction from demolition through renovation on various office spaces, the main auditorium, SCIF rooms and telecom rooms including architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and sprinkler work

Demolished existing spaces down to the studs designed and built new spaces in accordance with design specifications and security safety regulations including new wall partitions, SCIF rated doors & hardware, ACT ceiling system, masonry work, ceramic tile, painting, raised access flooring, and carpet

In an occupied secured facility, installed active and passive sound-proofing, constructed interior storefronts with LCD privacy glass, installed a variable air volume (VAV) system and conducted air / water balancing

Performed the architectural build out work on a newly erected secured facility. Some of the work entailed the creation of new wall partitions, installation of threat mitigation features, doors and hardware, implementation of a specialized ceiling system, and installation of privacy screens, bollards and automatic operators
Undisclosed Private Developer Facility

Performed as the general contractor on a 80,000 SF, three-story building. The project design was based on ICD/ICS 705 Standards for SCIF construction and will be accredited to become home to multiple agencies and private companies.

The project required extensive demolition, removal and replacement of existing rooftop air handling units, installation of fragment retention film on all windows and buildout of multiple new SCIFs to include installation of SCIF doors, hardware, access controls, security monitoring and several other specialized safety systems.
